We enjoyed the full English breakfast which was included. Its location was very central, a short walk to a parish church.

It was an enchanting place, had accommodating staff with service overall.

We were there for 2 nights, overall had a very comfortable stay. Staff and location - everything was great. The room was spotless, with good view. Lots of food at breakfast like fruit and eggs.

Fine building, bright rooms and good restaurant. The main bar was superb and the drinks were warm.

An extra helpful property, fairly clean, perfect location for St Ives as it's near the centre of town.

The accommodation was fairly clean, the room was airy. The rooms where with breakfast, we loved it...

My experience at this charming small hotel was fairly nice. Room was heated and rather basic. The staff were ready to help and seemed to be highly professional. A beautiful beach, nice view. Besides, it was just a few minutes from st ives: )

Sympathetic staff, simple location, cozy beds. Need to add that there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like delices du monde, located within 10 minutes walk or so. An awesome stay with a heated swimming pool.

It was clean, staff was professional. I enjoyed to spend time in the great main bar.

It was a lovely stay. Impressive view, a good balcony, nice bed, too. Friendliness from the whole staff. Pool was excellent and there was a modern restaurant on site. The hotel was near the idyllic beach.

The venue's staff and location were very good. I got free upgrade and liked it.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a really really nice fit. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, the accommodation was wonderful and spotless. We had a small queen room, which was beautifully decorated and good.

You guys made our stay such wonderful. Reasonably large, homely and fairly clean hotel. And it also had delightful view.

Very good location, generous breakfast with a huge variety of food. Our double room was more than calm. There's Curry Garden within 5 minutes walk or so, loved their menu.

It deserves its 3 stars. We had family room with big windows. Moreover, there was a free WiFi.

The bathroom was too small.

Calm room and bed. Marvelous location near the st ives train station. It was a big advantage to stay within 5 minutes' stroll from Belgrave Gallery.
